TWC Three Way Catalyst

WFEC professionally produces various kinds of automobile and non-road catalysts, with metal or ceramic honeycomb as the carrier, coated with high surface area and good thermal stability washcoat with precious metals such as platinum, palladium and rhodium. When the exhaust gas flows through the catalyst, harmful hydrocarbons (HC), carbon monoxide (CO) and nitrogen oxides (NO_X) form the internal combustion engine, converted into harmless CO₂, H₂O and N₂, so as to achieve the purpose of purification. The catalyst products can meet the emission standard of Euro 3, Euro 4, Euro 5, Euro 6, EPA and CARB.

TWCs can efficiently convert harmful hydrocarbons (HC), carbon monoxide (CO) and nitrogen oxides (NOx) in the exhaust gas of gasoline vehicles into harmless water (H₂O), carbon dioxide (CO₂) and nitrogen (N₂) through oxidation-reduction reactions.

WFEC technology center is mainly engaged in material development, coating development and test matching of exhaust gas purification catalysts for gasoline vehicles, diesel vehicles, motorcycles, general machinery and industrial catalysis. With the goal of technological innovation and the combination of production, teaching, research and application, the technology center has jointly built a joint R & D team including "Key Laboratory of vehicle exhaust pollution control in Jiangsu Province" and "enterprise academician workstation of Jiangsu Province" with domestic top scientific research institutes and universities in this field, realizing the whole process technology breakthrough from basic R & D to industrial R & D and industrialization.
