A:The exact price can be offered when the detail of your goods finalized,like weight,volume,loaded city and destination city.

Q:Wat is the price cover,and include pick up service?

A:Our DDP price is including import custom clearance and duty,from our warehouse to your address service.the consignee need not to do any work and just need to receive goods.we can offer pick up service without any problem.

Q:Will you add the weight after we receive your goods?

A:We will be honest in measuring the volume and weight via logistics standards.we also can take video for this.

Q:Can you replace damaged cartons or FBA and SKU product label?

A:Yes,we can deal with them.

Q:When you need to make payment for us?

A:For air freight,we need to receive money from you first,then we can arrange them.but if you have other goods at our hand,we also can help you arrange them first.
