1. Shut-off valve core, the valve has the characteristics of long service life, the main reason is: when the switching valve core is in the closed state, its sealing force is mainly provided by water pressure, and the sealing force is large, avoiding the sealing force. Insufficient, leading to the phenomenon of "micro-seepage" in the sealing part of the valve line, and causing rapid wear and tear of the switching valve core. When the shut-off valve core is in the closed state, the system is at low pressure. Therefore, the shut-off valve core can also obtain a higher service life.

The reversing foot control valve has the characteristics of a conventional shut-off control valve and an unloading relief control valve. When the nozzle is in a non-jet working state, its water flow is completely shut off.

In addition to being used as a single gun (sprinkler) jet control switch, the reversing foot control valve also has the following two functions:

(1) Use as a reversing valve: connect another route and nozzle at the overflow port to realize the alternate direction work between the two nozzles. Of course, when used in this way, since the shutoff valve core is in a high-pressure state whether it is open or closed, it may reduce its service life.

(2) For multi-gun (sprinkler) operation: install a throttle nozzle with the same equivalent aperture as the cleaning nozzle at the overflow port, and then multiple pedal-controlled plow valves can be connected to a system. Road cleaning operation, and the operator of each road can independently switch, the system pressure remains unchanged, and does not affect other operators. Of course, since the matching of the aperture of the throttle nozzle and the cleaning nozzle cannot be absolutely consistent, each switch operation may cause a certain change in the system pressure. Therefore, the pressure regulating device configured in the system is preferably an overflow valve, which can make the system The pressure remains the same.
