Advanced single-screw extrusion system for manufacturing high-quality waterproof membranes with versatile production capabilities and automated control.
Production Capabilities
This production line can manufacture four distinct types of double-layer waterproof sheets:
- Homogeneous rolls without additional layers
- Rolls with backing material for enhanced durability
- Rolls with middle reinforcement for structural strength
- Rolls with both middle reinforcement and backing for maximum performance
The system supports both PE and PVC polymer processing through screw replacement and enables secondary processing operations including glue coating and sand coating applications.
