PFA TANK HEATERS ARE DESIGNED TO HEAT FLUID IN CONSTANT-TEMPERATURE
BATHS, acid etch tanks and other liquid heating applications in the semiconductor, solar cell, pharmaceutical, and biomedical industries that require the direct application of uniform heating.
These heaters feature an all-PFA wetted surface and are designed to easily integrate into PVDF, PFA, and quartz process tanks (please contact us with inquiries about other tank materials). The immersion heaters are available in a variety of customizable designs.
To sum up, for the best immersion heater possible, you’ll need to do three things:
Specify the right sheath material for the fluid being heated,
Specify the right power density (that is, the watts per square inch or square centimeter), and
Specify a wattage high enough to heat your fluid to the right temperature.

Q: Can I get the riser on my L-shaped aquaculture heater longer/shorter?
A: Yes.There is no price difference for making a heater with a middle riser,but there maybe a cost adder for a longer riser.
Q: What Third Party Approvals do your products carry(CE?)
A: Almost all of our products are CE compliant.
Q: How late can you ship?
A: Normally 7 days after comfirmed the order.
