Ultrasonic welding is a high technology for welding thermoplastic products. The theory of ultrasonic plastic welding is that when a 20kHz(or 15kHz)high pressure,high-amplitude signals are generated by the generator, through a tansduser the signal is converted to high frequency mechanical vibration,then pressure it on the plastic workpiece,where tempreture raises on the workpiece's surface and inner of friction between the molecules.When tempreture reaches the melting point of the workpiece itself,the workpiece interface rapidly melting,and then fill in the space between the interface.When vibration stops,workpiece cooling under certain pressured and setting at the same time,where a perfect welding effect is achieved.
