Product Specification:
Hengyong base fabric is a wet-laid nonwoven and made from high quality polyester short fiber.The material weight is from 25gsm to 140gsm and many functional features,such as anti-bacterial,dyeing,flame retardant,etc.
The 8000 series fabrics are the first choice of HEPA filter composite base fabric,which choose polyester short fiber as the raw material with the characteristics of high softness,large aperture,high porosity and light gram weight.
The 7000 series fabrics are coarse efficiency air filter media.The material has good evenness,high stiffness and its aperture is not more than 180um.The main applications are pleated air filters and the basic fabric of activated carbon or other laminates.
Product Performance:
The media are made by polypropylene of innocuity,insipidity and can be abandoned completely
The filter media density is increased by degrees and more dusts can be contained which prolongs the lifespan of the product
Little initial resistance and high efficiency
The media uses the same appearance color for united sign and can be identified easily
The media can be made into molding filtration bag and can be disparted for usage
