This product use several different specifications of non-silicon synthetic fibre,which take the technology of carding,lapping,thermal shaping and post processing etc.

The product has progressively structure and polyester reinforcement scrim or fiberglass mesh adhesived on the air exit side which not only improve the filter media strength and stiffness,but also ensure that fibres do not fall off.Layered evenly,while increasing the accuracy of filter.High temperature resistance can be reached 100℃.

Auto Ceiling Filter is mainly used in ventilation system and the end of the filter equipment,especially suitable for spary painting system and washing work shop.
