Electric Heating Bell Type Annealing Furnace Overview
Bell type annealing furnaces are engineered for bright annealing applications across various metal processing industries. These industrial furnaces deliver precise temperature control and uniform heating for steel belts, steel wires, copper belts, copper pipes, and are extensively used in standard items, bicycles, chains, and related manufacturing sectors.

Key Component Specifications
Electric Heating Cover
Features complete fiber structure furnace liner with silicate cotton material special shape bricks. High aluminum light bricks are utilized for wire hanging, while the upper section and coping employ silicate cotton type fiberboards secured by heat-resistant stainless steel bolts. The lightweight construction provides exceptional thermal insulation and structural reliability, with external shell temperature rise maintained below 40℃, meeting national C grade furnace standards.
Cooling Cover
Constructed from 5mm thick Q235 armor plates. Equipped with two 1.1KW cooling fans featuring Ø500mm impellers delivering approximately 12,000 m³/hour airflow. The system employs both air cooling and water flooding cooling technologies, automatically activating water cooling when temperature reaches preset values to significantly enhance cooling efficiency and reduce annealing cycle times.
Inner Cover
Manufactured from 6mm thick stainless steel armor plates (material 1Cr18Ni9Ti). The ripple structure design enhances structural strength while increasing heating surface area for improved thermal transmission. Features 150mm ripple pitch with 10-15mm depth, with envelop head formed under rotating pressure and welded vertical and annulus slots.
Furnace Base
Completely sealed steel structure comprising six main components: circulation fan, wind impeller, furnace base underpan, furnace base body, flow guiding disc, and wires loading plate.
Electric Control System
Comprehensive control system consisting of power cabinet, relay cabinet, and meter cabinet. All electrical components utilize domestic brand Delixi for reliable performance. Temperature control employs high-precision Japanese PID controllers, complemented by Hangzhou Pangu brand paperless temperature recorders for accurate data logging and analysis.
