Copper coated or zinc coated round steel wire in coils are put on passive driven type wire stands pay-off, then go through two pairs of straightening rollers(one in vertical and one in horizontal), go into one pair of flattening rollers to form flatten wire(the distance between two flattening wire can be adjusted according to actual size need). Then be cut and punched into required shape type single wire, meanwhile be sticked together by adhesive tape, then wind into roll type onto required paper sleeves.
For all sizes, machine structure is same. When the staple crown dimension is same, only staple leg different, can produce on same machine by change of railway width. If staple crown dimension is different or bending angle is different, need to exchange full set of railway system.

Then be cut and punched into required shape type single wire, meanwhile be sticked together by A+B glue, then get induction heating and blowing drying, then cut into required length of staple.
For all sizes, machine structure is same. When the staple crown dimension is same, only staple leg different, can produce on same machine by manual length regulation. If staple crown dimension is different, need to exchange full set of railway system.
When want to produce single divergent point staple, need to disassembly off one cutting mold and offer only one wire for pay-off.
