Production Process Flow
Pay off → Degreasing → Furnace and quench → Water cooling → Pickling → Water rinsing → Boraxing → Drying → Take up
Process Details
Degreasing
Removes uneven soap powder and borax, applying a uniform surface coating of soap powder and borax on bright steel wire.
Furnace and Quench
Restores ductility to deformation hardening steel wire and achieves ideal microstructure to meet tensile strength, shape, and elongation requirements.
Pickling
Removes all oxides and residues from the steel wire surface.
Boraxing
Serves as lubricating powder carrier for subsequent drawing operations.
Packaging & Shipping
