Power Cabinet Construction
Omniseal structure constructed from 2mm thick cold-rolled steel plates with acid cleaning, phosphating, and plastic spraying treatments. Features double doors at front and back.
Electrical Components & Cooling System
Copper busbars feature hot-dip tinning process with conductive grease coating and stainless steel bolt fastening. Cooling water system positioned at cabinet rear with 304 stainless steel inlet/outlet pipes and water nozzles using imported materials.
Power Control System
Comprehensive digital control system including rectifier trigger, rectifier control, power adjustment, inverting control, and protection circuits. Utilizes Germany Infineon IGBT modules for reliable performance.
System Protection & Monitoring
Complete digital circuit protection including current/voltage limitations, overload protection, short circuit protection, and cooling system monitoring. Equipped with voltage, frequency, current, and power meters.
Control & Temperature Performance
Supports both local and remote control. Voltage and current double closed-loop control maintains constant voltage operation. Achieves steel wire heating temperature ≥750℃ with temperature fluctuation ≤±5℃.
