Product Features
- Transmission system: AC frequency conversion motor with joint group narrow V belts, decelerator with hard gear surface, and joint group narrow V belts.
- Blocks: High-quality ductile cast iron blocks sprayed with tungsten carbide. Surface fineness Ra≥0.8, surface rigidity ≥HRC60.
- Die box: 1# rotating die box with optional direct/indirect water cooling. Features tuning roller and wire guiding wheel made of 45# steel with tungsten carbide coating (hardness ≥HCR55).
