Transmission System
The wire drawing machine utilizes AC frequency conversion motor combined with joint group narrow V belts, hard gear surface decelerator, and additional joint group narrow V belts for efficient power transmission.
Blocks
Precision-engineered blocks made from high-quality ductile cast iron with tungsten carbide coating. Surface fineness Ra≥0.8 and surface rigidity ≥HRC60 ensure superior performance and durability.
Die Box
1# model features rotating die box with optional direct or indirect water cooling. Equipped with cylinder-driven tuning roller at wire inlet, constructed from 45# steel with tungsten carbide coating achieving hardness over HCR55.
