Automatic Wire Coil Packing Machine Overview
This industrial wire coil packing machine is designed for compacting and wrapping steel and copper wire coils. The system provides comprehensive packaging solutions for various metal products including copper, steel, aluminum wire, alloy strips, plastic coils, hoses, rubber hoses, steel strands, and tires. The packaging ensures products are sealed, protected from moisture, dust, rust, and abrasion while maintaining an attractive appearance.
System Components
Transmission Roller Line
Comprising three power roller sections (A, B, C) with motor-driven transmission rollers. Features include manual operation, horizontal positioning guides, and adjustable transmission speed of 5-8m/min.
Wire Coil Compacting Machine
Performs pressing operations on steel coils loaded on wire stands. Upper press plate and base include belt-piercing slots for manual steel belt tightening. Pressure plate rotates at 90° angles for easy binding. Compression space: 600mm-1750mm (standard), 1200mm (limit). Maximum pressure: 20 tons. Compression time: 30-50 seconds per piece (adjustable).
Automatic Supporting Plate Wrapping Machine
Utilizes turntable rotation to wrap products in LLDPE film. Automatically recognizes material height, fixes film head, cuts film, and smooths film tail. Adjustable wrapping tightness and package strengthening position settings.
Movable Hydraulic Overturning Machine
Mobile unit capable of 90° rotation to change wire position. Transfers steel coils from wire stands to unloading trolley. Turnover process: approximately 120 seconds per piece (adjustable).
Wire Coil Unloading Trolley
Features lifting rollers that raise and lower to receive steel coils. Motor-driven load rollers rotate coils for manual twining and packaging.
Wire Stands Pushing Device
Pneumatically driven mechanism pushes empty wire stands to outlet railway. Pushing speed: approximately 15 seconds per piece.
