Key Component Details
Electrolytic Acid Pickling System
Constructed with 10-15mm thick PP plates in closed design. Features acid-resistant stainless steel rollers (ф300mm), magnetic pump for liquid circulation, and 1000A/12V rectifier for electrolytic pickling.
Galvanizing Section
Built with 10-15mm PP plate closed tanks. Equipped with acid-resistant stainless steel rollers (ф400mm), acid-resistant circulation pump, 1200A/12V rectifier for zinc coating, and 4×45mm Ti plate anode. Towing motor rated at 5.5KW.
Baking Unit
Utilizes short circuit heating with voltage regulation for precise temperature control. Energy-efficient operation with simple temperature management.
Take-up System
ф550mm horizontal coil for wire collection. Torque motor (40N.m) provides stable tension control throughout the winding process.
Filtration System
Includes two filter cleaning devices with 10 CBM capacity for maintaining solution purity.
