Work surfaces feature wear-resistant piano wire with carbide tungsten spray coating, precision ground to HRC60+ hardness. Internal narrow gap water cooling with external concentrated air cooling. All blocks equipped with leaning rollers.
Frequency conversion motor drive enables continuous operation without stopping. Dual slide rail system facilitates easy bearing frame replacement.
