This high-speed PC bar concrete bar induction tempering production line is engineered for manufacturing pile cages with precision and efficiency. The system processes 30MnSi, 30Si2Mn, and other alloy spring steels into finished concrete reinforcement bars.
The automated process follows this sequence: Pay-off → Wire arranging → Mechanical descaling → Horizontal type wire drawing and forming machine → Vertical and horizontal straightening → Three roll clamping and driving → Cleaning unit → Heating No.1 → Heating No.2 → Heating No.3 → Heat Preservation → Cooling for Quenching → Induction Tempering → Heat Preservation → Cooling for Tempering → Three roll clamping and driving → Shearing → Wire separating → Wire take-up.
