Operation Instructions
Insert the flexible shaft into the machine tail, select appropriate cutter head based on obstruction type, and fit onto flexible shaft. Insert shaft into pipeline, start power switch when reaching obstructions, and press clutch handle to rotate shaft rapidly and break up blockages. For stubborn clogs, release clutch and push shaft deeper, repeating until pipe is clear.
Maintenance & Safety
WARNING: Always unplug machine from power source before performing maintenance or adjustments.
Lubrication Schedule
- Daily use: Lubricate with grease at grease fitting once per week
- Occasional use: Lubricate once per month
- Annual maintenance: Apply oil to bearing points, thrust bearing, and clutch jaws
