1. Inspect pipe specifications, pressure grade, and surface condition for defects exceeding 10% wall thickness
2. Clean both pipe ends thoroughly with clean cloth to remove oil and contaminants
3. Position pipe in frame slips with equal extension lengths and secure with supports
4. Use milling cutter to create continuous chips (0.2-0.5mm thickness)
5. Check pipe alignment - misalignment should not exceed 10% of wall thickness
6. Clean heating plate surface without damaging non-stick coating
7. Insert heated plate and apply specified pressure until minimum crimping achieved
8. Reduce to contact pressure and maintain heating for specified duration
9. Quickly remove heating plate and join pipe ends with minimal time delay
10. Apply final welding pressure, lock frame bolts, and allow natural cooling
