Machine Operation & Quality Details
Standard Operating Procedure
- Check equipment installation stability, surrounding safety environment, and power supply for potential leakage hazards
- Clamp the tube, raise die head and chamfering tool holder to safe position, insert tube forward from rear chuck to appropriate position, then adjust clamping
- Cut pipe end face by lowering cutter frame and starting machine
- Chamfer the newly cut section
- Thread the pipe after verifying die and installation position match pipe size, adjusting wire length control panel scale accordingly
- After threading completion, turn off machine, disconnect power supply, clean equipment, and organize tools in designated positions
