Why is it important to choose the good Quality  guide hook?

How to effectively avoid the wear and tear of the Rapier head and the Rapier belt is very important to save the production cost.

The Rapier Head is subject to the friction of warp, guide hook, walking board and guide rail when entering or withdrawing the Rapier Head. When the two wings of the head are worn seriously and form a knife edge shape, it is easy to cause the warp ends to break, and even make the head jump out of the Rapier Hooks, forming a large number of broken ends.
