INRODUCTION :The recycled flame-retardant polyester staple fiber with linear density of 1.56dtex-6.00dtex yarn and 2.78dtex-27.8dtex filling is produced by melt spinning with recycled polyester (PET) as raw material and adding flame-retardant master batch. and other types of recycled flame-retardant polyester staple fiber except surface finishing type (spray or impregnation type).

USAGE APPLICATIONS:

1. For Yarn Spinning: Ring spinning ;Open End spinning, and air jet vortex spinning(shorter, the automation degree is higher, needed labor is less, finish yarn quality is stable)inn

2. For Nonwoven Fabric: Thermal bonding, Needle punch, Chemical bonding and Spun lace.

3. For Filling : quilt, pillow and mattress
