The RK Series Flat Face Thread-to-Connect Hydraulic Couplings are built for demanding hydraulic systems operating up to 420 bar. Their flat face valve system ensures minimal fluid loss and easy cleaning, while the thread locking design provides a secure, vibration-resistant connection even under residual pressure—both male and female sides can be connected under pressure. Manufactured from durable carbon steel with a Zn-Ni plated finish, these couplings deliver excellent corrosion resistance and long-lasting reliability. Available with BSP, NPT, and SAE threads, the RK Series comes with NBR seals as standard and optional FKM or EPDM for wider compatibility. With an operating temperature range of -25°C to +100°C, they are ideal for construction machinery, industrial equipment, and agricultural hydraulics requiring safe and clean connections.
