The HV Series Thread-to-Connect Hydraulic Couplings are fully compatible with Snap-Tite 75 Series and designed for high-pressure performance up to 350 bar. Featuring a cone valve system and thread lock mechanism, they ensure secure, leak-free connections even under 100 bar residual pressure on both sides. Manufactured from carbon steel with durable Zn-Fe (Cr III) plating, these couplings offer excellent corrosion resistance and long service life. Available with BSP and NPT threads, the HV Series includes NBR standard seals with optional FKM or EPDM for extended temperature and chemical compatibility. Operating from -25°C to +100°C, they are ideal for demanding hydraulic applications in construction, industrial, and agricultural equipment, where reliability, safety, and ease of maintenance are critical.
