This high pressure hose is designed for heat exchanger tube cleaning, blasting applications as well as hydraulic applications in both on and offshore environments. The 4 layers of high tensile steel make this an extremely safe hose to work with for the operator, without compromising on flexibility. Low volumetric expansion (12%) means the overall length of the hose does no vary more than +/-2%. The smooth Polyoxymethylene bore (3.0mm) helps to keep pressure drops to a minimum and provide robust chemical resistance. Benchmark testing shows this hose is capable of withstanding over 30000 impulses at 70°C.
