Q: Will your company send free samples?
A: We provide free sample at palm’s size (about 10cm x 10cm) in one or two colors. And you only need to pay the shipping cost. For samples in larger size or designated colors, we have to apply some additional surcharge.

Q: How is shipping cost calculated?

A: Please give the exactly detail information of the fabric to us like how many colours,the weight of fabric,the width. The exact price depends on your specification .

Q: I don’t know the specification of the fabric , how can i order this from you?

A: If you don’t know the detail of the fabric , You can give us the pictures of fabric , the usage or send us your fabric , we will quote by these.

Q: If the yarn count/density/width is not same with the one i want to buy , can you custom fabric for me?

A: YES.We are able to produce fabric according to you requirements.
