Pharmaceutical Remote Online Particle Cleanroom Monitoring System

 

Remote particle counter is used to measure the size of 0.5um and 5um dust particles per unit volume of air of aseptic room in the production area, and can directly detect class of ISO Class 5-9 (EU GMP Grade A-D) clean environments. The instrument is in line with the new version of GMP, ISO14644, FDA, JJF1190-2008 standard. It uses laser diode light source, with built-in pump or centralized vacuum system to achieve continuous monitoring. Signal transmission distance up to 1.2km, each size range can be set the maximum number of particles, and will alarm when exceeding limit.
