1. Sample Inspection and Test
SIT is inspecting your sample and test your sample as your requirements and international standard.
2. Pre-production Inspection
PPI focuses mainly on the quality of the components and materials used in the production process. It includes a visual check on the quality of packing materials and accessories.
3. First Batch on-site Inspection
FBI is working for your new items pilot running, improve the overall quality level and prevent quality issues, to meet with your production schedule.
4. During Production Inspection
DPI is ideal for shipments of substantial quantities, product lines with continuous production, strict requirements for on-time shipments, and as a follow-up if poor results were found during DPI.
5. Pre-shipment Inspection
Pre-shipment inspection is an evaluation of key products at the end of production when a consignment is 100% manufactured and at least 80% packed. We will inspect the products final quality, quantity, packing. During the quality check stage, we will check the marking, packing, appearance, workmanship, functionality and etc.
6. On-site sorting service
OSS is a 100% full inspection on-site, which is for lower quality yield batch or your special customers which need high-end quality products.

Pre-Shipment Inspections are a most effective inspection that confirms the whole shipment's quality level. It normally requires the production to be 100% complete and at least 80% of goods to be packed into cartons. The checked samples are randomly selected according to AQL standard.

This inspection is generally performed when 100% of the goods are complete, and at least 80% packed. Random samples are drawn according to the international AQL standards to examine if the whole shipment is acceptable. The sampling standard we adopt is ANSI/ASQC Z 1.4-2003 (Equivalent to ISO 2859-1 or MIL-STD-105E). or use the client's specification. Our inspectors will check the product conformity, workmanship, measurements, function testing, labeling, markings and packaging, and custom quality points required by the customers. After the inspection, we will provide a professional third party inspection report to our customers, the report includes details product photos and information .

We will do this inspection after your supplier finish all the products , at least 80% package finished .

Samples are selected at random, according to standards and procedures. Summit uses the ANSI/ASQ Z1.4-2008 (AQL) as its sampling standard and acceptable level of quality.
