Pre-shipment inspection(PSI), also known as Final Random Inspection, is the most common inspection type to confirm the whole shipment's quality level. It normally requires the production to be completed and at least 80% of goods packed into cartons. d and procedures.

Product check (included but not limited to):

1. Quanity check:

    The quantity check include ordered quantity, finished quantity, unfinished quantity, packed and unpacked quantity, all data will be recorded.

2. Workmanship check:

    This is the most important part of inspection, our inspector will draw samples accordingly to AQL Level II, or client’s requirement. All defects will be recorded in the report with pictures and comments.

3. Performance check:

    To check the function & performance, we use different test for different prdocuts and report all results.

4. Measurement check:

    Measure product each part size, also carton/gift box size and weight as below:
