Pre-shipment inspection service include:

Pre-shipment inspection(PSI), also known as Final Random Inspection, is the most common inspection type to confirm the whole shipment's quality level. It normally requires the production to be completed and at least 80% of goods packed into cartons. d and procedures. We will use ANSI/ASQ Z1.4-2008 (AQL) as sampling standard and acceptable level of quality. Inspection is suggested to be scheduled at least 2 working days before, so that the client can have enough time to check the report and decide whether to release the shipment as planned or to discuss corrective action with the manufacturer.

Our standard all-inclusive inspection cost is USD 128-218/man-day (no hidden fees) . According to different products and requirements, the price is different. (All Fees included in our branch cities)

Product check (included but not limited to):

1. Quanity check:

    The quantity check include ordered quantity, finished quantity, unfinished quantity, packed and unpacked quantity, all data will be recorded.

2. Workmanship check:

    This is the most important part of inspection, our inspector will draw samples accordingly to AQL Level II, or client’s requirement. All defects will be recorded in the report with pictures and comments.

3. Performance check:

    To check the function & performance, we use different test for different prdocuts and report all results.

4. Measurement check:

    Measure product each part size, also carton/gift box size and weight as below:
