Professional Usage Instructions

1. Select appropriate endotracheal tube type and verify package integrity and sterilization validity. Open seal and extract tube - professional medical personnel only should perform according to sterile procedures.

2. Test cuff before insertion: use syringe to inject and release gas. Use expansion rod to adjust forward/backward positioning for optimal tube angle.

3. Insert tube using standard medical protocols, remove expansion rod after placement, and establish airway.

4. Confirm tube tip position via X-ray visualization line. Use inflator cone to press one-way valve and inject gas into cuff. Secure tube position to prevent movement.

5. Connect suction lumen to suction equipment, adjust pressure, and perform phlegm removal. Limit suction time to 15 seconds per session with gentle action. Maintain negative pressure below -6.65 kPa. Flush suction lumen with 5-15 ml normal saline post-procedure.

6. Ensure cuff inflation functions properly and normal ventilation remains unobstructed. Maintain airway patency with regular phlegm removal and adequate humidification.

7. For tube removal: use inflator cone to press one-way valve and release cuff gas before extraction. If residual gas remains, use sharp instruments to puncture cuff prior to removal.
