A double-lumen endotracheal tube (also called double-lumen endobronchial tube )is a type of endotracheal tube which is used in tracheal intubation during thoracic surgery and other medical conditions to achieve selective, one-sided ventilation of either the right or the left lung.
Double-lumen endobronchial tube is specifically designed for single-lung ventilation. It includes cuffs for closing both the trachea and the bronchus.
The specially designed video channel enables the camera to be retained for a long time for easy observation and keeps enough space inside the tube to keep the intake channel smooth.
