Instructions for Use
Setup Procedure
- Inspect product before use. Do not use if package is damaged.
- Open sealed package and remove product.
- Connect Endotracheal/Tracheostomy Tube to Revolvable adapter.
- Connect ventilator tube to Revolvable Ventilator Connector.
- Attach date label to color ring.
- Ensure MDI Port and Irrigation Port caps are closed before suctioning.
- Slide on-off valve to open position to allow catheter entry.
Suctioning Procedure
Caution: Always use recommended vacuum levels and consider suctioning time length.
- Grip three-way adaptor with one hand while feeding catheter to required depth (use visible depth markers).
- Depress vacuum control valve to begin suctioning at desired position.
- Remove catheter until protective sleeve is straight.
- Repeat as necessary.
