Instructions for Use

Setup Procedure
Inspect product before use - do not use if package is not intact
Open sealed package and remove product
Connect endotracheal tube/tracheostomy tube to revolvable adapter
Connect ventilator tube to revolvable ventilator connector
Attach date label to color ring
Ensure MDI port/irrigation port cap is closed before suctioning
Before suctioning: ensure on-off valve is in open position by sliding to allow catheter entry
Suctioning Procedure
Caution: Always use recommended vacuum levels and consider suctioning time duration
Grip three-way adaptor with one hand and feed suction catheter into tube to required depth (depth markers visible through protective cover)
Once catheter is in desired position/depth, depress vacuum control valve to apply suction
Remove suction catheter until protective sleeve is straight
Repeat steps as necessary for complete suctioning
