Glass Ceramic Enamel Paint Tempered Glass Enamel Lead Free Metallic Colors

Tempered glass enamel is mainly used for decorating auto glass, appliance glass, furniture glass, glass ceramics and architectural glass as well as roll printing. This series of products is featured of high gloss, excellent acid and alkali resistance, and strong hiding power.

Tempering temperature: 680~720℃

Firing temperature: 600~650℃

Coefficient of Thermal Expansion (CTE) : (75~95)×10-7/K(50-300℃)

Acid and alkali resistance

Acid resistance: No sharp trace on the surface after dipping in 3.5% Hydrochoric acid solution for 10-15min at room temperature.

Alkali resistance: No sharp trace on the surface after dipping in 10% caustic soda solution for 10-15min at room temperature.
