Why is the car filled with nitrogen?
Nitrogen is an inert gas. When the temperature of dry nitrogen changes, the volume expansion is much lower than that of the air containing moisture. Therefore, when the high-speed running tire heats up, the tire pressure rises less, reducing the probability of tire burst. In addition, since nitrogen does not contain moisture, it can protect the inside of the rim from oxidation, thus effectively prolonging the service life of the tire.
