The LPG High Speed Centrifugal Spray Dryer is an advanced industrial drying system featuring PLC control, high-speed atomization technology, and modular design for efficient liquid-to-powder conversion.
Working Principle
Filtered and heated air enters the dryer's top distributor in spiral form. Material liquid is sprayed through a high-speed centrifugal atomizer (15000 RPM) into fine mist droplets that contact hot air, achieving rapid drying. Final products discharge continuously from the tower bottom and cyclone separator.
