High-performance spray drying system designed for efficient production of coconut milk powder with 100kg/h evaporation capacity.
Working Principle
Filtered and heated air enters through the top air distributor in a spiral pattern. Material liquid is atomized into fine droplets via high-speed centrifugal nebulizer, contacting hot air for rapid drying within seconds. Finished product discharges continuously from the bottom while exhaust is removed by draft fan.
