Working Principle
Filtered and heated air enters through the top distributor in a spiral pattern, ensuring uniform distribution. Material liquid is fed via peristaltic pump and atomized by high-speed centrifugal sprayer into fine mist droplets. Contact with hot air results in instant evaporation, producing dry powder collected in the separator while exhaust gases are discharged.
