The KGY Series 30kw Hollow Blade Dryer is an efficient sludge drying machine designed for low energy consumption operation. This industrial drying system features hollow blades with wedge-shaped design for optimal heat transfer and processing efficiency.
Working Principle
The dryer utilizes a hollow shaft lined with dense wedge-shaped hollow blades. Heating medium flows axially through these hollow blades, with temperature range from 40°C to 320°C using steam, hot water, or thermal oil. Simultaneous heating occurs through the jacket and hollow stirring shaft, while heated dry air enters through the discharge port for enhanced drying efficiency.
Evaporated moisture is filtered through a baghouse, with dried powder collected and wet air vented outdoors after dust removal.
