KJG Vacuum Paddle Dryer Overview
Dual counter-rotating shafts with unique intermeshing hollow wedge-shaped paddles provide intimate mixing, optimized heat transfer, and self-cleaning functionality. The large heat transfer area to volume ratio is achieved through hollow paddles and a jacketed vessel, resulting in an efficient, compact machine with reduced space requirements and lower installation costs.
Heat Source Options
Steam Heating (180°C - 250°C)
Steam enters the hollow shaft through a rotary joint and is evenly distributed to all paddles. Condensate is removed with each revolution.
Hot Oil Heating (180°C - 250°C)
Thermal fluid enters and exits the hollow shaft through a rotary joint. Pressure from the supply pump forces liquid through the hollow paddles.
