The 4-shaft blade hollow paddle dryer features a compact structure with minimal footprint requirements. This continuous drying machine provides large drying area efficiency through hollow blade technology, where the primary heat transfer occurs through the hollow blade walls rather than the jacket surface.
Working Principle
This dryer operates with two or four intermeshing blade shafts within a W-shaped jacketed shell. The entire drying process occurs in a closed system, preventing environmental contamination by directing volatile organic compounds and odorous gases to appropriate treatment units. The heating medium (steam, hot water, or thermal oil) circulates through both the jacket and hollow blade shafts for simultaneous heating.
