The KJG Series Hollow Paddle Dryer is an indirect-heating industrial drying system specifically designed for processing sugarcane bagasse and other stable materials including paste, powder, granules, and sludge. This equipment efficiently handles materials with high moisture content and viscosity through advanced thermal transfer technology.
Working Principle
Wet material is continuously fed into the dryer via feed pump or screw feeder. The system utilizes hot water, steam, or thermal oil as thermal medium, which circulates through hollow rotating shafts and the dryer jacket. This dual heating approach provides extensive heat transfer surface area, ensuring efficient drying while evaporated moisture is removed by drought fan and treated in dust collection systems.
