The HZG1.0-6 SUS304 Industrial Rotary Dryer is an energy-efficient drum dryer designed for food industry applications. Operating at 2-7 revolutions per minute, this continuous processing equipment efficiently handles wet materials with advanced drying technology.
Working Principle
Wet material enters from one end of the dryer and is uniformly distributed by strategically placed bafflers throughout the barrel. This creates optimal contact with parallel or counter-flow hot air, accelerating the drying process while enhancing media transfer efficiency. The angled baffler system guides materials toward the star-shaped discharge valve for controlled output.
