HZG High Efficiency Continuous Rotary Drum Dryer
Professional electric or gas heating rotary drum dryer designed specifically for drying plastic sheets and plastic laminates with continuous operation capability.
Working Principle
The rotary drum dryer features a slightly inclined rotating cylinder. Wet material is continuously fed through a screw conveyor at one end and is evenly distributed by baffles throughout the barrel. The material makes full contact with counter-flow hot air as it passes through the cylinder, ensuring efficient drying. Dried product is discharged at the opposite end, while fine particles are separated in a cyclone separator.
