Customizable HZG High Efficiency Continuous Rotary Drum Dryer designed specifically for amylaceum, glucose, and dextrose processing. This industrial drying solution handles capacities from 2.9 to 104.9 tons with a standard rotation speed of 4 RPM.
Working Principle
The rotary drum dryer features a slightly inclined rotating cylinder. Wet material is continuously fed from one end via a screw material adding device and is stirred by uniformly distributed bafflers within the barrel. This ensures material is evenly distributed and dispersed, allowing complete contact with counter-flow hot air. As material passes through the cylinder, it contacts circulating hot air and dries efficiently. Most dried product discharges from the opposite end, while fine granules enter the cyclone separator with exhaust air for powder collection.

Working Process
The rotary dryer employs direct flow heating with heat sourced from the firing unit. Material enters the shell from the feeding tank and chute, then is immediately pushed back by spiral boards. Due to the inclined installation, material flows toward the lower end under gravity and rotation force. During this process, material is repeatedly lifted by boards and thrown down, forming an even curtain that facilitates optimal heat exchange with the internal heat flow, effectively removing moisture through repeated scattering.
