HG Series Scraper Drum Drying Machine 1.1-8.6kW for Sludge Sawdust Liquid Food Processing
The HG Series Scraper Drum Drying Machine is a rotating continuous drying system with internal heating conduction technology, designed for efficient processing of thick sludge, sawdust, and liquid food materials.
This drying equipment operates through internal heating conduction. Material forms a thin film on the rotating drum surface from the liquid vessel below. Heat transfers through internal pipes to the cylinder walls and then to the material film, evaporating moisture efficiently. Dried products are scraped off by blades and conveyed via spiral conveyor for collection and packaging.
