The SZG Series Double Conical Vacuum Dryer represents advanced drying technology with two connection options (pulley or chain) for stable operation. Engineered with precision concentric shafts and reliable mechanical seals, this industrial dryer offers efficient vacuum drying for various materials.
Working Principle
Heat Transfer & Vacuum Drying Process
Heat medium (low-pressure steam or thermal oil) circulates through the sealed jacket, transferring heat to materials through the inner shell. The rotating tank continuously mixes materials for enhanced drying efficiency.
Vacuum Evaporation System
Under vacuum conditions, surface moisture reaches saturation and evaporates rapidly. The vacuum pump continuously removes solvents while internal moisture migrates, evaporates, and discharges - achieving rapid drying cycles.
