YZG/FZG Series Industrial Vacuum Freeze Dryer

Advanced Freeze Drying Technology
Unlike conventional vaporization methods, vacuum freeze drying utilizes sublimation to directly convert ice to vapor. Materials are first frozen to -18°C, then transferred to vacuum drying chambers where automated control systems maintain optimal vacuum levels and heating temperatures according to specific product freeze drying curves. The materials remain frozen throughout the process while water vapor condenses on cold trap coils for efficient moisture removal.
